The Everest…Hardly! Challenge

On Sunday 28th June Paul Nash achieved his Everest...Hardly! Challenge. He managed to row over 4,300m (only just) in each of the 7 sessions, one a day, but still more than the equivalent of Everest in metres (29,092 metres). On Thursday 29th January Paul Nash gave two awareness talks to over 25 staff members at the EDF's Doxford Park, Sunderland HQ. The event was organised by Lisa Sidney, the Digital Support Team Manager, whose own father has had prostate cancer surgery. Following the talks Paul hosted a stand and gave out information leaflets.

Bellingham offers a 4-Ball

Bellingham Golf Club was founded in 1893 and was extended to 18 holes in 1996. The new 9 holes were designed by Ian Wilson, the Secretary at the time.
